WHAT PACKAGING DO OUR PRODUCTS COME IN?
All our mailing bags are 100% recyclable and are manufactured using a high % of good quality recycled material. The tissue paper we use to package inside is also 100% recyclable.
HOW DO I BECOME A BRAND AMBASSADOR?
At the moment we aren't taking on any new brand ambassadors. Please keep an eye on our website and social media for updates!
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL IS LATE?
Please double check all your details before clicking confirm, especially when using the auto fill in for your address. Please then contact us on info@franklyaverageclothing.com where we will be able to assist you.
WHAT ARE THE SIZING OPTIONS?
In order to make our brand as affordable as possible some items are sized differently as they are sourced from different places. Please see a description next to the garment to make an informed decision on the size you need.
We stock sizes from XS-2XL and can order up to 5XL in some but not all of our items. If you are interested in sizes 3XL-5XL please click the button below:
HOW SHOULD I WASH MY FRANKLY AVERAGE CLOTHING?
- Machine wash cold at 40*C
- Turn the garment inside out
- No bleach or fabric softener
- Do not tumble dry
- Iron inside out
